Taster trips into the Gastein Healing Caves
On Tuesdays and Thursdays the Gastein Healing Caves offer a taster trip into the healing caves. The programme lasts 2 ½ hrs. and includes a medical check-up (heart, circulatory system and blood pressure), a short, informative film about the natural spectrum of effects of the healing caves followed by a journey in the therapy area and a 30 minute stay. Twice a year in front of the backdrop of the majestic Hohe Tauern mountains yoga for a source of energy offers a very special experience. Around 40 yoga teachers from Austria and Germany lead over 300 yoga sessions in just two weeks. In autumn, in addition to meditation and relaxation sessions, sensual, creative and spiritual sessions including dancing, singing, cookery, nutrition, nature and spirituality are also on offer.
